About

My research challenges the current paradigm where scientists are constrained by and serve the limitations of their tools. Instead, I envision machines that genuinely empower scientific discovery through valorization - recognizing, amplifying, and building upon the unique insights and expertise that researchers bring. My work explores how we can design systems that adapt to and enhance human scientific intuition, rather than forcing scientists to adapt to rigid machine protocols.

Besides my academic role as a rogue materials scientist who makes digital fabrication tools, I am a craftsperson, a plant enthusiast, a BSAC sports diver, and a fun person.
